Another Retired Engineer of Public Works Dept, Ministry of Construction. He had served a total of 37 years in various position starting as an assistant Engineer in 1973, all the way to M.D in 2007-2010. He specialized in Bridge Construction, during his 37 years of service. He was awarded his M.Sc degree (U.S.A) in 1990 and is currently serving a Central Executive Committee Member of Myanmar Engineer Society (M.E.S)
