Having served 45 years in total in various positions starting as an Assistant Engineer (water & Sanitation) in 1961, to Deputy Chief Engineer, before Retiring in 1999. He extended his services as Advisor to public works dept. Ministry of construction for another 7 years (1999,2006). He was a Deputy M.D of C.P.W Co., Ltd (Public work dept/ Japan J.V co.,ltd & Project Manager of U.N/D.P Town plan water supply project. After graduated with B.Sc Engg, in 1960, has acquired A.S.T.E.F (France in 1967 & Dip W.W (UK) in 1987).
